Liz began her career at Bank Leumi as a bank clerk. She quickly moved up to become a Client Relationship Manager at the Bank.

In 1992 Liz joined Union Bank of Israel (UBI) where she continued servicing a wide range of clients. In particular Liz serviced the international clientele of the Central Branch of UBI in Tel Aviv.

In 1997, when the bank decided to reorganize its activity in International Private Banking (IPB), Liz was instrumental in the establishment of the dedicated division. It is there that Liz and Philippe J. Weil began a strong and fruitful collaboration. When Philippe Weil was made head of IPB he chose Liz to function as his deputy. In 1998 Liz completed her Business Management studies with a B.A. And when, in 2001, PJW left UBI to found P.J.Weil Ltd. , Liz took over as head of the IPB division.

In 2005, Liz left Union Bank to join forces with Philippe J. Weil in P.J. Weil Ltd. and by the end of that year, was granted an independent Portfolio Management license by the Israel Securities Authority. It was then that she founded Belsito Asset Management Ltd. in partnership with P.J.Weil Ltd.

Today Liz is actively running Belsito Asset Management Ltd. Liz remains an integral part of P.J. Weil Ltd. contributing her experience and motivation to the a select group of Families.



Liz lives in Rishon Le Zion with husband Robert and their 3 children: Hadar, Amir, and Eitan.

Liz is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
